Thank you for shopping at The Dope Depot. We are committed to getting your THCa products to you quickly, discreetly, and safely. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all eligible U.S. states where THCa products are legal.
We do not ship to the following states due to legal restrictions: Idaho, Hawaii, Alaska, and any other state that prohibits hemp-derived cannabinoids.
⚠️ It is your responsibility to know your state laws before placing an order.
2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed after 12 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

During high volume times (sales, holidays), processing may take an extra day.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) – $6.99 or Free on orders over $75

Priority Shipping (2–3 business days) – Rates calculated at checkout
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking info to update.
4. Discreet Packaging
All packages are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging for your privacy.
5. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Weather conditions or natural events

Carrier issues (e.g., USPS, UPS delays)
Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your order.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been marked "Delivered" by the carrier, The Dope Depot is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect theft, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit (never marked delivered), contact us at support@thedopedepot.com and we’ll work with you on a resolution.
7. Returns Due to Non-Delivery
Packages returned to us due to address errors or missed deliveries may incur a reshipping fee. We do not issue refunds for shipping charges on returned packages.
